প্রত্যর্পণ নীতি

রিটার্ন পণ্য মূল্যায়ন ও যাচাই সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পণ্যের অবস্থা এবং রিটার্নের কারণ যাচাইয়ের ওপর নির্ভর করবে।
Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারে আগে কোনো পেমেন্ট করা না হলে ফেরত দেওয়ার মতো অর্থ থাকবে না।

COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট না করা হলে বাতিলের জন্য রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না। অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডার বাতিল হলে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।

সরকারি আইন

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। এই শর্তাবলীর সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত কোনো বিরোধ দেখা দিলে তা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে।

আইনি বিরোধ

আপনার কার্ডে অননুমোদিত চার্জ

ক্ষতিপূরণ
